These terms apply to your use of the WebVegas website and the free website preview offer. By using the site or submitting the form, you agree to them.

The free website preview

When you request a preview, we may design a sample website concept for your business using your publicly available information and the details you provide. The preview is offered at no cost and with no obligation to buy anything. The design concept is yours to keep.

Paid services

If you choose to move forward, making your website live, optimized, managed, and lead-driving is a paid, month-to-month service with no long-term contract. Pricing and what's included are presented before you purchase. Nothing on this page is a contract for paid services.

No guarantees of results

We work hard to build sites that get you booked, and any specific guarantee we offer will be stated in writing at the time you sign up. Except for what we put in writing, the site and preview are provided "as is," and we don't promise particular business results.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate contact and business information.
• Only submit information you have the right to share.
• Use the site lawfully and not to disrupt or misuse it.

Communications

If you opt in, we may text and email you about your free website. You can opt out anytime (reply STOP to texts, unsubscribe in emails, or email us). See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WebVegas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the site or the free preview. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
